Oh dear, which also mean that
Starting this year, my clique has decided that we shall do away with gifts and presents because it really doesn't make sense to buy stuff for one another and having to be so damn stressed out by it!!!
So, for Ivan's birthday, we brought him to Universal Studio.
And for Kel's birthday, we booked a room at Hard Rock Hotel (thanks to the 30% discount with the special promo on RWS website).
I had longed for a stay there ever since I caught a glimpse of the pool!!!
Kel couldn't get a day off work so she only joined us in the evening.
Ivan, boy, and I checked in at three.

Disappointed to learn that there was no bath tub
even though we paid so much for the room...

There was this yellow object underneath the sink which I thought was an overturned trash bin initially, but they said it was a stool. Weird!

time passes so fast when you are having fun,
finally, the VIP arrived
and the first thing she did was to eat on her bed! haha
We bought her a birthday cake, she said she doesn't like chocolate cake! :(
but who cares, it's the thoughts that count! haha!!!
